Community Support Worker

Support worker required to assist participants with attending appointments and supporting them to reach their NDIS goals.

This may involve medical appointments, attending to the pharmacy, support with doing the shopping and some support in the home.

Ideally, we are looking for staff that would like to work full time hours.

To be successful you will need all your clearances, including police clearance, Australian Drivers Licence and meet Australian working rights. You will also need full comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
