• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, communication, and overall team alignment
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance and disciplinary matters

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong HR generalist background with hands-on experience across multiple functional areas
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
• Ability to build trust and effectively partner with leadership and tenured team members
• Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently in a role with a high level of ownership
• Experience in construction or a related industry is a plus

Additional Details & Benefits:
• Part-time schedule (24–32 hours per week) with flexibility
• Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role over time
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% of employee premiums covered by the employer
• 401(k) with 4% company match
• 2–3 weeks PTO to start (prorated based on schedule)
• 8 paid holidays
• Benefit-eligible position, even at part-time hours
