Pre-Litigation Attorney

We, Robert Half Executive Search, have been exclusively retained by a highly regarded award-winning personal injury law firm seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its growing Arizona-based practice This individual will manage a high-volume caseload from intake through pre-suit resolution.

The candidate must be barred in the state of Arizona, have experience handling personal injury cases specifically with motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims, with strong case evaluation and negotiation skills. The role is 100% on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role that offers meaningful responsibility, visibility and opportunities for growth and advancement. Compensation for this role is a base of $150K-$225K DOE along with a discretionary bonus and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
