Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fiber Network Manager to oversee fiber network integrity, vendor performance, and installation quality. This role is responsible for ensuring high-performance network delivery and rapid response to outages and network events.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform quality control on splicing vendors and ensure network integrity (real-time and retroactive)
• Oversee fiber installations, including backbone, partner networks, and laterals
• Manage testing standards, vendor compliance, and post-processing of test results
• Lead outage response, incident management, and postmortem analysis
• Coordinate and execute network cutovers
• Conduct route verification and ensure compliance with permitting and traffic control requirements

Qualifications
• Experience in fiber network operations, splicing, or telecom infrastructure
• Strong understanding of fiber testing, installation standards, and network performance metrics
• Experience managing vendors and ensuring quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and lead outage response efforts
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
