VP, People & Culture

Talent agency is seeking a VP, People & Culture to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities
• Oversee full employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management & talent development)
• Manage employee relations
• Administer compensation, benefits, and retention programs
• Oversee payroll in partnership with finance team
• Lead benefits selection and open enrollment processes
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal programming
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses
• Partner with leadership on organizational planning and culture building

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience required (generalist background preferred)
• Experience in media/entertainment strongly preferred (agency/management a plus)
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and benefits
• Experience with PEOs a plus
