Sales Executive (Uncapped Commission / High Growth)

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role covering the Greater Los Angeles area. This role requires high daily outbound activity (calls, in-person visits, and follow-ups) to build pipeline from scratch. You’ll spend significant time prospecting in-person and meeting with decision-makers across your territory, with flexibility to work from home when not in the field.

This is a highly competitive market, and success in this role comes from consistent outreach, strong in-person presence, and the ability to stand out with decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

This is a true hunter role, not account management.

You will:
• Prospect new business (in-person, phone, email, etc.)
• Set meetings with dealership decision-makers
• Pitch marketing solutions and close deals
• Build your territory from the ground up
• Consistently generate your own pipeline
• Perform high-volume daily outreach and in-person prospecting activity

You are responsible for creating opportunities, not waiting for them.

What You’ll Sell
• Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, OTT/CTV)
• Direct Mail Campaigns
• Custom marketing strategies for dealerships

What Success Looks Like
• You’re in the field meeting prospects regularly
• You’re making calls and outreach daily
• You’re consistently performing high-volume outreach and in-person prospecting
• You’re consistently setting appointments and closing deals
• You’re building a book of business from zero

Compensation
• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic OTE: $90K–$150K+
• Top performers will exceed this
