$150K/yr Maintenance Supervisor #2036

Maintenance Supervisor needed for a Nationally Recognized Manufacturing Company

Location: Houston, TX

Annual Salary: $110K-$150K (+ bonus potential of 12.5% of salary)

Work Hours: 7am-4pm (+ approx. 5-10 hours of OT p/week)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Qualifications:
• Must have at least 3 years of recent maintenance supervisory experience from a steel manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment
• Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience working with teams of 20 or more is a plus
• Must have experience with CMMS software and Microsoft Office
• Hands-on electrical/mechanical maintenance experience is required
• Root cause analysis experience is a preferred skill
• Good organization and communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Relocation assistance available
