Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee our carwash and housekeeping operations. In this vital leadership role, you will ensure that all cleaning, maintenance, and customer service standards are met consistently across our facilities. Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations of the carwash and housekeeping teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
• Schedule shifts and assign duties to optimize coverage during peak hours and special events
• Monitor cleanliness levels across all areas, including vehicle wash bays, guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and laundry services as needed
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly with a positive attitude to maintain high satisfaction levels

Experience
• Proven supervising experience in cleaning services, hospitality, or janitorial roles
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and custodial practices
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
• Previous experience managing housekeeper or janitorial staff preferred
