What You’ll Do
• Lead daily operations of the Operating Room
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and department workflow
• Oversee RN, tech, and coordinator teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
• Partner with physicians and leadership on performance goals
• Drive patient outcomes and operational efficiency

• Active Texas RN license or compact license
• BSN required
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2+ years OR acute care experience
• Minimum 3 years OR leadership experience (Supervisor / Manager / Director)
• Must be open to full-time evening shift (1PM–9PM or 2PM–10PM)

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in high-volume surgical environments
