Position Overview

The R&D Lab Manager will oversee the research and development activities within the lab, focusing on creating innovative solutions and enhancing existing products. This role involves managing projects, leading a team of scientists, and ensuring all lab operations comply with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the R&D lab team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Plan and execute research projects aimed at developing new ink formulations and improving existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D objectives with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment in the lab.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of R&D projects, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Manage lab budgets and resources efficiently.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in R&D management, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ink chemistry and formulation processes.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
