Senior Sales Implementation Expert

Your Role

As a Senior Sales Implementation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in launching client implementations and managing complex renewals, ensuring that our external partners receive an exceptional onboarding and renewal experience. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Analysis and Operations, your focus will be on the administrative and operational aspects of these processes, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be trained to support various product lines, including self-funded and fully insured offerings.

Your Knowledge and Experience
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Proficient in articulating complex concepts, ideas, and solutions related to processes, products, and capabilities to diverse audiences.
• Experience in employer group implementations within the health insurance industry is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and a willingness to quickly adapt to new software and applications to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Jira is advantageous.
