About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Monetization UI Specialist to help us resolve an active account issue and provide expert guidance on our monetization setup. This is a project-based engagement with strong potential for continued collaboration as we grow.

If you know Facebook's monetization tools inside and out and can quickly diagnose and resolve account-level issues, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Working On
• Diagnosing and resolving an existing Facebook monetization account issue
• Auditing our current monetization configuration and identifying gaps
• Navigating Meta's monetization UI, dashboards, and backend settings
• Communicating with Meta support where necessary to escalate or resolve account flags

What We're Looking For
• Proven hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta monetization tools (In-Stream Ads, Reels monetization, Stars, Subscriptions, etc.)
• Deep familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and the Monetization Manager UI
• Understanding of Meta's Partner Monetization Policies and Content Monetization Policies
• Experience troubleshooting account-level eligibility issues, payment holds, or policy violations
• Ability to move fast and work independently with minimal handholding

Nice to Have
• Experience working with multiple Facebook Pages or client accounts
• Background in digital media, content creation, or social media management
• Prior success appealing or reversing monetization restrictions

Engagement Details
• This is a project-based contract role to start
• Strong performers will be considered for ongoing and expanded work
