Senior Digital Sales Consultant

In this role, you will:
• Manage print renewals and identify key opportunities for transitioning to digital solutions.
• Engage proactively with customers through health check calls to assess needs and uncover digital courseware opportunities.
• Conduct compelling sales demos using our digital content platforms, including CIMA and ExamReady.
• Expand existing accounts through regular check-ins, assessments, and strategic sales pitches.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to transition newly converted digital accounts smoothly.

We’re looking for candidates who have:
• 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation.
• A proven track record in leading onboarding and training programs for institutional clients.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers toward digital adoption.
• Proficiency in using data analytics to identify risks and develop intervention strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and various digital learning platforms.
• The ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and identify expansion opportunities within existing portfolios.

Compensation: At Cengage, we pride ourselves on offering a competitive Total Rewards package to support our employees. The compensation range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 USD per hour, based on various factors including experience and qualifications. Sales roles also include significant incentive compensation opportunities.
