Duties
• Prepare and cook hibachi-style dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Operate grill stations efficiently, maintaining high quality and consistency in every plate
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients with knife skills and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative variations and ensuring ingredient availability
• Support food handling procedures to ensure safe food industry practices are followed at all times
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and a memorable dining experience

Experience
• Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, particularly with hibachi or grill stations preferred
• Strong culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of special dietary needs
• Proven skills in meal preparation, catering support, and serving within fine dining environments
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food handling practices necessary for high-quality meal production
• Experience in menu planning and coordinating food service operations to optimize efficiency and quality
