Screen Printing Operator

Our client, a creative apparel and print production studio, is looking for a Silk Screen Operator to join their team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the production floor — running automatic screen printing machines, maintaining quality standards, and helping bring designs to life on garments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate automatic screen printing machines
• Load garments and monitor production runs
• Ensure print quality, alignment, and color accuracy throughout each job
• Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production standards
• Mix inks and prepare screens prior to each run
• Clean equipment between runs and perform basic maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain consistent production speed while upholding quality standards

Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Able to lift and move boxes of garments (typically 25–50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Prior screen printing or machine operation experience is a plus

Pay & Schedule:
• Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• This is a long-term opportunity with consistent, stable hours
