Job Description
VERSYS (Verified Systems) is expanding our team of skilled Mission Critical Project Managers for exciting data center projects. If you have a track record in leading power, controls, or cooling scopes in settings where precision, documentation, and coordination are essential, we want to hear from you!
This role is pivotal in overseeing project execution, cost management, risk assessment, and ensuring client satisfaction from the initial planning stages through to project closeout.
What You'll Own:
• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead overall project execution, encompassing scope, schedule, quality, risk management, and coordination among stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope and contract requirements.
• Drive jobsite readiness, establish daily priorities, and facilitate problem-solving with field leadership.
• Ensure a robust turnover process, including documentation, punch/deficiency closure, and client handover support.
Team Leadership:
• Lead project team members (project engineers, coordinators, and site leadership) to success.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project engineers to achieve fast-paced growth.
• Establish expectations, encourage team spirit, and cultivate a culture of high accountability and support.
Project Controls & Financial Performance:
• Oversee project controls, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, billings, collections, change management, and cash flow.
• Deliver accurate monthly status reports covering schedules, costs, risks, and key milestones.
• Take accountability for project completion, financial performance, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction.
Planning & Scheduling:
• Lead all planning and scheduling activities, coordinating sequencing across trades and vendors.
• Manage schedule updates, look-ahead plans, and milestone tracking to keep teams aligned.
Why Choose VERSYS?

You will take charge of the project rhythm (schedule, cost control, procurement, RFIs/submittals, QA/QC, and turnover documentation) and will have the authority to refine processes and implement effective systems that enhance team performance.
