The Director of Enterprise Transformation Strategies plays a pivotal role in spearheading strategic initiatives that enhance performance and operational efficiency, aligning with our enterprise goals. This leader provides vision and strategic guidance for large-scale transformation efforts across functions and business segments, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on opportunities for enterprise improvement and strategic direction.
In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of innovative transformation strategies that propel our organizational priorities and enhance operational excellence. By leading cross-functional teams, you will identify key opportunities, set clear objectives, and implement initiatives that create measurable business impacts. You will develop comprehensive transformation frameworks, governance structures, and performance metrics that ensure effective execution and accountability.
As a collaborator with senior executives, you will ensure that all initiatives align with our enterprise strategy and long-term vision. Your expertise in transformation methodologies, organizational design, and change management practices will be invaluable. Additionally, you will manage resource planning, budget development, and implement best practices to achieve sustainable results. Communication is key; you will lead the development of reports and executive updates to share insights and recommendations, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive experience in business consulting and/or operational leadership
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Experience across various corporate sourcing categories
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Project, and Visio
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport at all levels
• Able to present and defend positions effectively to senior management
• Passionate about contributing to an organization committed to enhancing consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree or other advanced degree
• Experience in healthcare services
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile certification
Additional Information
This is a remote position; however, occasional travel to company offices may be needed for training or meetings.

Pay Range
The estimated starting base pay for full-time employment ranges from $168,000 to $231,000 per year, reflecting individual skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
This role is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance metrics.
