If you do part-time, you’d be a 1099 directly through the hiring entity

Full-time staff physicians make a guaranteed $180,000 per year – directors make a guaranteed $200k
Once you meet the company’s bonus structure, you get 70% of the billings
On average, their full-time physicians make $230,000 up to $425,000+ with production bonus and salary
Group uses an app called MD Coder – it allows you to put your charges in with ease, provides you with billing codes, and ensures that all are meeting compliance standards
