We’re expanding our production team at our new location and are looking for a dependable individual to join us. Our CEO works hands-on with installs, and we take pride in every project we deliver.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Production & Fabrication Assistant to help with both shop and field work. This role includes preparing and organizing materials, assisting with fabrication, getting banners and stickers ready for clients, and supporting installations alongside our CEO and production team.

Key Responsibilities
• Weed, cut, and prepare vinyl for signs, banners, and stickers
• Help organize materials, stickers, and project inventory
• Assist in fabricating and assembling signage and related materials in-shop
• Prepare and package signage and banners for client pickup or delivery
• Support on-site installations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow instructions and timelines to meet project deadlines

Requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable — shows up ready to work
• No substance abuse issues; must maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both in-shop and outdoors in the field
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver’s license preferred
