Position Overview:


Order management process plays a very crucial part of the supply chain management process. The associate would get to be a part of a very challenging and dynamic working environment and would get hands-on experience in SCM domain.

Key Responsibilities
Liaison with client to meet delivery requirements
Manage team including recruitment, mentoring, training & attrition
Manages processes and metrics on a day to day basis
Own and improve key KPIs
Drive process excellence & automation
Audit readiness & compliance mindset
Contract administration to ensure that the day-to-day SCM activities
Initiates process controls, quality plans and risk mitigation programs
Manage client communications, governance calls, and performance reviews
Align operations with business priorities and SLA
Act as a primary point of contact for client
