Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to handle daily dispatch operations. The role involves managing deliveries, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents
Coordinate with warehouse and production team for material readiness
Arrange transport and follow up with transporters
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Maintain dispatch records and update systems
Verify quantity and quality before dispatch
Handle packaging and labeling coordination
Communicate with clients regarding dispatch status
Maintain proper documentation and filing
Requirements

Graduate in any field
1–3 years’ experience in dispatch/logistics (preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Good communication and coordination skills in local language
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in manufacturing or industrial company
Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes
Familiarity with ERP systems
Working Environment

Office and warehouse coordination role
Based at Ahmedabad (Kathwada)
