We are currently looking for a Director of Human Resources to assist with our 1st US location!

Director Of Human Resources Responsibilities
• Systems Architecture & Strategy: Design and implement the foundational HR tech stack, compensation structures, and scalable SOPs to support rapid organizational growth.
• Full-Cycle People Operations: Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, ranging from high-level boardroom strategy to hands-on payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Cultural Leadership: Foster a customer-centric environment by implementing frameworks for psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and brand alignment across all locations.
• Talent & Succession Management: Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and identify internal "Sales and Profit Builders" to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
• Performance & Training: Partner with operations to refine Learning Management Systems (LMS) and use data-driven insights to optimize turnover and engagement metrics.
• Total Rewards & Budgeting: Oversee the HR budget and competitive benefits programs, ensuring labor cost optimization and a high return on investment for retention efforts.

Director Of Human Resources Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Director-level capacity.
• Sector Expertise: Substantial experience operating within the high-volume hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries.
• Advanced Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP or a Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Multi-Unit & Multi-State Oversight: Extensive experience managing HR functions across multiple locations and states to support regional and national scaling.
• Regulatory Expertise: Advanced knowledge of complex labor regulations, specifically California mandates such as AB 1228 and PAGA.
