Maintenance Technician and Janitorial

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for a variety of general maintenance tasks to encompass the general understanding and ability to perform light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repairs amongst many other common maintenance tasks.

Ability to learn, follow instructions, and take directions, from Senior Technician to ensure progressive knowledge is learned.

Will work with experienced maintenance technician II at all times.

The Janitorial position is responsible for special task

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:
• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:
• Los Angeles, CA 90043 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
• Los Angeles, CA 90043: Relocate before starting work (Required)
