Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Peeling Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The Peeling Assistant will assist with day-to-day operations relating to parking logistics, including maintenance of signage, helping with inventory tracking, coordinating property setups, and assisting in resolving access or parking-related issues. The role involves collaborating with on-ground teams, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring smooth facilitation of parking processes for fleet operations. Responsibilities also include organizing materials, documenting relevant activities, and maintaining communication between teams and vendors to uphold operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage inventory, coordinate operations, and support projects efficiently.
• Basic technical skills related to setting up signage, monitoring connectivity systems, and facilitating infrastructure adjustments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues such as access concerns or operational inefficiencies with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with on-site teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in property management, logistics, or operations is preferred but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and offer practical solutions to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in technical or operational management are a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as part of job responsibilities.
