Drum Instructor – Brentwood (Los Angeles)

Important: This position requires consistent weekly availability. If you are a gig-based musician with frequent absences or changing availability, this is not the right fit.

Schedule: We are looking for an instructor who can start Wednesdays immediately, taking over from a current teacher. This means inheriting an existing day of students right away, with the opportunity to expand to 2–4 consistent days per week over time.

Angeles Academy of Music is one of the largest private music schools in Los Angeles, serving thousands of students weekly across Brentwood, Westwood, and Tarzana.

Our Brentwood campus is a busy, structured music school with consistent enrollment, recitals, and long-term programs. Teachers work in professional studios with full administrative support—no scheduling or billing required.

Position

We are hiring a Drum Instructor to teach private lessons to children, teens, and adults.

This role is ideal for teachers looking to build a stable, long-term weekly schedule with consistent students.
