Job description
About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on hardware test technician to support testing and validation of early-stage hardware prototypes. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to execute tests, troubleshoot devices, and maintain lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform testing on prototype devices (display, touch, Wi-Fi, audio, sensors)
• Execute manual & automated test plans using lab equipment
• Flash firmware and run CLI-based test scripts
• Assemble, solder, wire, and repair hardware prototypes
• Support hardware validation (fixtures, 3D printing, calibration)
• Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and workspace
• Document test processes and track tasks effectively

Required Skills:
• 3+ years in consumer electronics / hardware lab environment
• Experience with DMM, power supplies, and test equipment
• Hands-on soldering (SMT, PTH) and electromechanical assembly
• Experience with firmware flashing and basic scripting (CLI)
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
