Parking Lot Attendant

Shift hours are 7:00pm to 3:00am.

Duties

Direct vehicles safely into parking spaces
Manage vehicle movement within the lot to prevent congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow
Provide friendly assistance to guests by answering questions, giving directions, and offering support as they arrive or depart
Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to ensure safety, cleanliness, and available parking spaces
Communicate effectively with team members and guests using clear verbal skills
Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, checking valid parking permits, and any incidents or concerns observed
Qualifications

Previous experience in parking lots, dealership service, retail, or similar customer service roles is preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various types of vehicles safely
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
