Immigration Paralegal (Entry-Level Encouraged)

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)

We are a growing immigration law firm based in Atlanta seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegalto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their legal career, including recent paralegal program graduates or individuals with legal assistant experience, who are looking to build a long-term career in immigration law.

What You’ll Do
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates
• Prepare and review client questionnaires
• Assist with completion of immigration forms and applications
• Compile and organize supporting documentation
• Prepare and assemble application packets for filing
• Maintain accurate case records using our case management systems

What We’re Looking For
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (But Not Required)
• 0–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role
• Paralegal training or certification
• Familiarity with case management systems such as FileVine or Cerenade
