CA Fiber Solutions is growing in Garden Grove and actively hiring motivated individuals for our AT&T Sales Associate position. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to represent AT&T wireless, internet, and TV services. This AT&T Sales Associate role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and wants hands-on training from day one.

What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate

In this AT&T Sales Associate position, you’ll focus on customer engagement and closing sales while delivering a professional experience.
• Meet with customers in person to introduce AT&T wireless and internet solutions.
• Explain service options, features, and promotions clearly and confidently as an AT&T Sales Associate.
• Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process from start to finish.
• Answer questions and address concerns to ensure a smooth sales experience.
• Work alongside fellow AT&T Sales Associate team members to hit daily and weekly goals.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company sales processes.

Every AT&T Sales Associate receives structured training in product knowledge, communication strategies, and closing techniques. No prior telecom experience is required for this AT&T Sales Associate opportunity.

Compensation & Details
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Earnings: $80–$150 per qualified lead converted into a sale
• Average Annual Earnings: $850–$1,600
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday (40–50 hours per week)
• Location: Garden Grove office and surrounding field locations
