Location: Pelham

Smashburger - 847 Pelham Parkway - Responsibilities:
Manage the performance of both FOH & BOH employees;
Provide initial and ongoing training to all employees;
Manage the guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT);
Ensure all food safety standards are followed & in compliance with local health depts.;
Follow company cash policies to ensure minimal losses through theft or shortages
