Stretch Lab Sales & Customer Service Assistant

StretchLab is opening a new studio in Roseville and is seeking a casual team member to assist with sales enquiries and customer service.

This role involves communicating with prospective clients, managing bookings, and supporting the studio during its presale and opening period.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Book introductory sessions and appointments
Follow up with prospective clients
Provide general information about services
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak confidently with customers
Reliable and organised
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (not essential)

Experience in retail, sales, reception or customer service
Employment Details

Casual position
Flexible working hours, including some weekends
Hourly rate in line with applicable award (Fitness Industry Award)
