Sales Executive in Export/Import Freight Forwarding

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team . This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding freight forwarding industry. As a Sales Executive, will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Job responsibilities will include:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight sector to expand our customer base.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meeting clients in-person.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Understand customer challenges and provide solutions based on our range of services. Customize logistics and transport solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with various internal departments to meet customer-specific needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ actions.
Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding Sector
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
Business development acumen with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
Knowledge of market dynamics within the freight industry is beneficial.
