Role: Production Staffing Recruiter (PSR)
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue and grey collar positions in the production industry
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage job postings on various platforms and engage with potential candidates
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders
