Job Description – Store Executive / Store Incharge
Position: Store Executive / Store Incharge Department: Store Experience: 5+ years Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
Role Overview
The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, inventory control, stock maintenance, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers. The role requires strong organizational skills and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Store Management
Manage receipt of incoming materials as per Purchase Orders.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials (raw materials & consumables).
Ensure proper storage, tracking, and identification of materials.
Maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Material Handling & Coordination
Arrange and organize materials systematically within the store.
Coordinate with Project, Finance, Logistics teams, and suppliers for smooth operations.
Handle dispatch and return of damaged or incorrect materials to vendors.
Ensure proper documentation for all material movements.
Stock Monitoring & Documentation
Maintain daily stock records using Excel and Google Sheets.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all store-related documents.
Logistics & Support
Support logistics activities related to material movement and tracking.
Assist in planning material requirements for ongoing projects.
Ensure timely availability of materials at site.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory management
Experience in material handling and stock tracking
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing / EPC / infrastructure companies
Exposure to storekeeping, logistics, and supply chain coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
