We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and fun Lead Coaches to join our growing team on the North Shore (Silverdale area) — helping kids fall in love with football through play, imagination, and confidence-building.

⚽ About Us

At Little Kickers, we introduce football to children aged 18 months to 7 years in a fun, creative, and pressure-free environment. Our sessions are all about imagination, teamwork, and confidence — not competition.

We’re the largest provider of preschool football classes in the UK and are now proudly running sessions across New Zealand, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and Ireland.

⚽ About the Role

When: Saturday mornings between 8:15am – 12:15pm (3–4 hours)
Where: Silverdale
Transport: You’ll need your own car and must live locally on the North Shore
⚽ What You’ll Do

Lead fun, energetic football sessions for young children
Create a positive, engaging environment that sparks imagination
Be a role model — encouraging teamwork, confidence, and physical activity
Work closely with a friendly, supportive team who share your passion
⚽ What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a professional coach — we provide full training!
What matters most is your personality, energy, and love for working with kids.

Bonus points if you have a background in sports, childcare, or education — but it’s not essential.

⚽ Requirements

Live on the North Shore (essential)
Have a Full or Restricted NZ Driver’s Licence
Have access to your own car
