Job Overview

Fieldmarshal is looking for a technically skilled and motivated Service Engineer to support after-sales service operations for tractors, multi-purpose engines, and agricultural equipment.

The role involves technical diagnostics, field support, dealer coordination, and ensuring reliable product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot tractors, diesel engines, and related equipment
Provide technical support to dealers, service technicians, and customers
Handle customer service issues and ensure timely resolution
Conduct field visits for technical support and service improvement
Support warranty claim analysis and reporting
Train dealer technicians and service staff when required
Maintain service records, reports, and technical documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues
Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tractor, automotive, diesel engine, or agricultural equipment service
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to travel for field support when required
Good technical and communication skills
