Traineeship Opportunity - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care

A well-respected Early Learning Centre in Ryde NSW is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Certificate III Early Childhood Education & Care Trainee.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in working with children who is committed to completing their Certificate III qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting educators in providing a safe and engaging environment for children
Supporting daily routines, learning activities, and play experiences
Helping maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised centre
Working collaboratively with team members and building positive relationships
About You:

Honest, dependable, and willing to learn
Passionate about working with young children
Committed to completing a Certificate III qualification
Comfortable with both childcare duties and general cleaning tasks
Please note: This position is for a traineeship pathway only. Applicants who already hold a Certificate III or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care are not suitable.
