Domestic Group of Hotels Telecalling

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound calls to prospective customers for domestic hotel bookings and tour packages.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding hotels, homestays, tour packages, and travel services.
Explain package details, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer details.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations team for smooth service delivery.
Follow up with clients for advance payments, balance payments, and confirmations.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
