Ezaal Health Care is a leading nursing agency providing quality staff to hospitals and aged care facilities across Victoria. Our services include Registered Nurses (RN), Enrolled Nurses (EEN), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Food Service Assiatant, Domestic and Cleaning staff.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing & Client Officer to join our team. This role is focused on building strong partnerships with hospitals and aged care services to expand our contracts and client base.

About the Role

Work from home 2–4 days per week (required resources provided).
Pay Rate: $35–$50 per hour (depending on experience)
Promote Ezaal Health Care services through telephone, email, and face-to-face marketing.
Be available for travel and in-person meetings as required.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and visits for future reference.
Support the growth of Ezaal Health Care by securing new service agreements with healthcare providers.
About You

Strong background in sales, marketing, or client relationship management (healthcare sector experience preferred).
Excellent telephone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.
Confident in building relationships and presenting services to decision-makers.
Self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
