Distribution Centre Supervisor (Drury - Full Time)

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy and results-driven DC Supervisor to support and lead this high-performing team and set the standard for operational excellence.

About the role:

As a DC Supervisor, you will be accountable for the day to day running of an operational team within the DC environment. In this hands on role, you’ll ensure processes are efficient, accurate and you will be responsible for always ensuring there is a safe work environment.

You will:

Drive a culture of safety and high performance
Champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Deliver exceptional customer outcomes – on time, in full
Lead from the front, supporting the team to achieve their goals
Ensure clear accountability for results, people, and process
This role is Monday – Friday working 8:30am to 5pm. Flexibility is essential, this role may require weekend work or evening shifts to support operational demands.
