Project Duration: 6 Weeks
Compensation: ₹50 per hour + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for an AI Video Data Collection Associate for a 6-week structured project.

Selected candidates will record simple daily household activity videos from home. The collected data will be used for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning training purposes.

This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity with transparent performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
• Record daily home-based activity videos as per project guidelines
• Maintain video duration between 30 seconds to 30 minutes
• Follow structured instructions and quality standards
• Ensure proper usage of the company-provided device
• Upload recorded videos within assigned deadlines
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with NDA requirements

Compensation & Benefits
• ₹50 per hour (approved recorded video time)
• Performance-based incentive: ₹500 – ₹2,000
• Real-time tracking system for transparent earnings
• Company device provided
• Structured onboarding and guidance

Eligibility Criteria
• Stable internet connection
• Availability for continuous 6-week project duration
• Ability to work independently from home
• Basic understanding of video recording
• Willingness to attend a one-time office visit for onboarding

Onboarding Process
• 45–60 minute office visit
• Project briefing and demo
• NDA signing
• Documentation verification
• Device allocation briefing

After onboarding, the entire project will be work-from-home.
