Job description
Job Summary :
We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Business Development Head to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and expansion in the BPO domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in domestic / international BPO sales, RFP management, and large account acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue & Growth Strategy :
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Voice, Non-Voice, Back Office, and Digital processes.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Manage RFP / RFI responses and commercial negotiations.
• Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Market Expansion :
• Identify new verticals and industry segments.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
Leadership & Team Management :
• Build and mentor the business development team.
• Set performance targets and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pre-sales, and Delivery teams for seamless onboarding.
Required Skills :
• Strong exposure to BPO / ITES sales (Domestic & International markets preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving multi-crore revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in handling enterprise accounts
• Understanding of pricing models (FTE, Transaction-based, Outcome-based)
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
Preferred Qualifications :
• MBA (Marketing / International Business preferred)
• Experience in handling US / UK / Australia clients is an advantage
• Established client network in BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, Telecom, or Retail sectors
