About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to manage and supervise low to mid-scale residential construction projects. This role is hands-on and site-focused, suited to someone with strong practical knowledge of the trade.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, maintaining the schedule, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day supervision of residential construction sites
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labour on site
Oversee structural works, including concrete, formwork, and steel
Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
Monitor quality control and rectify defects as required
Liaise with builders, project managers, and engineers when required.
Requirements

Experience as a Foreman on residential construction projects
Strong understanding of residential construction methods
Ability to read and interpret construction and structural drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage sites independently
