Duraglaze is seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our full-time pool renovation team in Sydney.

This role is ideal for carpenters, landscapers, painters, concreters, and skilled construction professionals looking to transition into a stable, permanent role with structured progression and long-term earning growth.

This is not casual labour or subcontracting. It is full-time employment within a professional, systems-driven business.

Pay & Employment

Range $75,000-$102,500 (depending on experience)
Petrol allowance provided
Full-time, permanent position

About the Role

As a Pool Renovation Technician, you will:

Work on high-quality residential pool renovation projects
Apply existing trade skills within a specialised system
Execute preparation, waterproofing, and resurfacing processes
Lead sections of work depending on experience
Maintain high workmanship, safety, and site standards
Strong performers will progress into senior technical and leadership roles.
