Busy, established chiropractic practice seeking dedicated team members to provide exceptional patient care and support.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT -- What You'll Do:

Guide patients through their treatment experience with warmth and professionalism
Perform physical therapy modalities (ultrasound, electric stim, diathermy, traction)
Take patient vitals and x-rays, maintaining accurate records
Ensure efficient patient flow and appointment scheduling
Maintain clean, organized clinical areas and equipment
Support doctors in delivering outstanding chiropractic care
Communicate patient needs and concerns to medical staff

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT --What You'll Do:

Welcome patients and manage appointment scheduling
Handle insurance verification and billing procedures
Process patient registrations and collect co-pays/deductibles
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
Generate encounter forms and ensure proper documentation
Follow up on missed appointments and maintain patient flow
Prepare weekly and monthly clinic reports
Manage inventory and coordinate with billing staff

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Starting Salary: $15/hour minimum (based on experience and skills)

Schedule:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday/Thursday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
