Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Mississauga. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our clients' assets and ensuring their safety. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to providing the best security and protection services.

Responsibilities

Maintain a highly visible and vigilant security presence at all times on-site.
Conduct regular security checks and inspections.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
Quickly assess and respond to potential disturbances or threats.
Maintain detailed reports of security activities.
Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
Work closely with on-site security staff
Prevent loss and theft through vigilant observation.
Qualifications

Proven experience or background in law enforcement or security roles.
Strong surveillance skills and familiarity with security patrols and procedures.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Ontario security license and First Aid.
Valid class G2/G drivers license and have access to a car.
Retired Law Enforcement and/or Military is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 52 per week
