Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support brand and digital marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on social media content and community engagement.
This role is open to fresh graduates and early-career candidates who are passionate about marketing, content creation, and the renewable energy / sustainability sector. You will help translate technical or industry-related topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content for a Chinese-speaking audience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish content for Xiaohongshu (RED), including posts, visuals, and short-form videos
Support brand storytelling around renewable energy, sustainability, and green technology
Conduct basic content research and trend analysis to improve engagement and reach
Manage daily social media operations, including comments, messages, and community interaction
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand tone and messaging
Track and report basic performance metrics such as views, engagement, and follower growth
Assist with other digital marketing or branding-related tasks as required
We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of marketing experience
Strong interest in social media marketing, especially Xiaohongshu (RED)
Good understanding of content trends and user behaviour on Chinese social platforms
Strong written Mandarin skills; English proficiency preferred
Creative mindset with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or technology is highly regarded
