Assistant – Music Marketing Company (Full-Time)

We are a growing music marketing company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented full-time Assistant to support our finance and social media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and track invoices, payments, and expense reports
Maintain organized financial records
Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and basic content support
Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:

Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Interest in music, entertainment, or marketing is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
