We're building an online education platform focused on making practical transactional law training accessible to lawyers who've been left out of traditional pathways. Our founder brings 18+ years of M&A experience from top-tier law firms and is on a mission to democratize access to high-quality deal-making education.

We're pre-launch, mission-driven, and building something that will genuinely change career trajectories for thousands of young lawyers.

About the Role

This is a generalist, ground-up opportunity where you'll help build an education business from zero. You'll touch everything—content, operations, marketing, student experience—and have direct impact on how this company takes shape.

This isn't a typical job. You won't have a narrowly defined role. You'll wear multiple hats, solve problems we haven't encountered yet, and help us figure out what works as we go.

Role and Responsibilities

Content & Curriculum
• Review and refine course content for clarity and accuracy.
• Help structure scenario-based practice exercises and assessments.
• Research and identify gaps in current legal education offerings.
• Support development of new course modules and topics.
• Quality-check video scripts, downloadable resources, and practice materials.

Operations & Launch
• Assist in managing the learning management system (LMS) and course platform.
• Coordinate with video production, designers, and marketing vendors.
• Handle day-to-day operations as we prepare for and execute launch.

Marketing & Student Acquisition
• Manage social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Engage with potential students in online communities and groups.
• Support webinar planning and execution (logistics, follow-up).
• Track marketing metrics and provide insights on what's working.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (any discipline; law degree helpful but not required).
• 0-3 years of work experience in any of: law, education, startups, consulting, operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new tools quickly.
• Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction.
