Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist with immigration casework, prepare documentation, and support attorneys in managing client files. Responsibilities

Prepare and organise immigration documentation, including applications, petitions, and supporting evidence
Conduct research on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
Manage case files accurately using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and legal team members via email and phone calls
Maintain up-to-date records of case progress and deadlines to ensure timely submissions
Assist attorneys with scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings
Draft correspondence and reports related to immigration cases
Support the team in maintaining organisational systems for case management and document tracking
Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly
Prior experience or knowledge of immigration law is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £22,893.75-£30,000.00 per year
